Evie scored a win over Kimber Lee at SHIMMER Volume 54, marking her first win in the United States and for SHIMMER. It was a back and forth match that ultimately saw Evie scoop Kimber Lee up onto her shoulders during an Irish whip, striking her down to the canvas with TTYL to score the pinfall.

Lee was not only Evie’s first singles match in SHIMMER, she would be one of the opponents in Evie’s final SHIMMER match in 2016. Both happened at the same venue: Berwyn Eagles Club in Berwyn, Illinois, a staple in the Chicagoland area for hosting independent wrestling events.
